• We take pride in the urgent way we handle orders.
  • Most orders are shipped the same day they are placed. Orders that are placed late in the day will be shipped on the next business day. 
  • An exception to this would be "Special Order" or out of stock items. These items are shipped the same day we receive them, typically within a week or so.
  • An email confirmation containing the package's tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships
  • If your order has not shipped within a few days, then your may not of noticed that that the item was out of stock when your ordered.
  • If your order seems to be taking "forever" it usually because of out of stork issues with our suppliers
  • We get trucks from our various suppliers every 7 to 10 days, if it's taking longer then that, something is wrong, open a ticket and we will look into the matter.

If you need to alter or cancel an order before it ships, you you can do this right on your account.

If you simply leave a trouble ticket, there is no guarantee we will be notified in time to cancel or alter your order, so it is best to edit your order yourself
