1 1/2 lbs sugar

2 tsp Acid blend

1 tsp Yeast Nutrient

1/2 tsp Pectic Enzyme

Montrachet yeast

Starting sg 1.086

 

Ferment till dry.

Bulk age with 2 oz or so Toasted American Oak Once clear bottle dry or sweeten to .995 or so Open first bottle in 6 Months or longer
